1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 27 Club Agency platform ("27 Club," "the Service"), including the website at 27club.agency and the 27 Club mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam through the platform
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users of the platform
• Use the AI chat assistant to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission

4. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to 27 Club, including music, images, bios, and career data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content as needed to provide the Service (for example, displaying your EPK page publicly if you enable it).

Our platform: The 27 Club platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by 27 Club Agency. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe for the applicable fees
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not store your payment card information. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at studio@27club.agency for refund requests

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We strive to maintain high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 27 Club Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at studio@27club.agency.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or the integrity of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or at the time of suspension, except in cases of severe violations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of 27 Club after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
